We spent four nights here and found the convenience unbeatable, just 200 meters from the water taxis that take you directly to the heart of Venice, and there were so many lovely bars and restaurants just steps away that made evening strolls delightful.

I was annoyed by the lack of vegetables at breakfast, forcing me to buy my own from the supermarket. Additionally, the noise isolation in the room was terrible. I could hear everything from the corridor and the neighbors' showers. It really disrupted my relaxation, and I expected better for the price I paid.

I enjoyed the charming old world decor and the incredible varied breakfast offerings, especially the fresh baked goods! My room was cozy, but definitely smaller than expected. I would return for the ambiance!

i had a lovely stay at le boulevard! it's in a fantastic spot, just a short walk to the vaporetto and near so many nice restaurants. the fantastic breakfast options were a great way to start the day. the staff really stood out, always friendly and ready to help. i enjoyed the beautiful island vibes, and the beach was a pleasant bonus!

The breakfast options left something to be desired, with no vegetables and a repetitive menu. Noise insulation could be better—hearing everything going on in the corridor was a bit distracting. Additionally, the building is somewhat dated, which might not bother everyone, but it could use a refresh in décor to feel more modern.

Great location with a supermarket right across the street. Rooms are super clean and come with a minibar, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with all the toiletries. Breakfast was plenty with options like fresh pastries and good coffee. The staff was friendly, and the lift made getting to the upper floors easy.

The location is spot on with a supermarket across the street and loads of decent eateries nearby. Also, using a 3-day transport ticket for boats is absolutely worth it, gives you easy access to Venice hustle and bustle.
